verdict before argument

 

the delhi high court on wednesday, censured the staff selection commission saying

“you can’t pass such a gag order. what is this? you cant discuss an exam paper? how can you issue such a notification? after coming out of the examination hall, the first thing, at least we need to do in our days was to discuss the paper.” the bench (chief justice devendar kumar upadhyaya and justice tushar rao gedala) said.

after this, what do you expect?

accept the plea and make it absolute. logical conclusion, no?

no.

the court issued notice to ssc asking it to file its response within three weeks

why?

so that ssc appoints an advocate to draft a reply, both the advocates will represent respective parties. have a field day arguing about the matter (in which the decision has already been announced) and they will charge hefty sum from the ssc for this.

but the farce is played seriously in many cases like that.
